Hispanic Issues Section of the State Bar of Texas - The members of the Hispanic Issues Section of the State Bar of Texas (Section) are attorneys who live and work in every region of Texas. We are as diverse as the State in which we reside. The Section was formed initially as the Committee on the Concerns of the Spanish Speaking Community in 1979. A few years later, the Committee was reconstituted as a Section of the State Bar of Texas.
